Do We Gift Wrap?:

Yes we do!! When you visit us in store wrapping is always included, no extra charge. It is part of who we are, we like to make your visit extra special and this is one of the way we do it!

 

What Payment Method do we Accept?:

Currently we accept Master card, Visa and Amex. In store we also accept Debit and Cash (Small changes apply at this particular time, due to COVID. Please contact us for details.)
At this time we also accept e-transfer on phone orders for local drop-offs.

 

Do we Special Order?:

We can special order any items(s) from our suppliers. A special order is when we source out an item exclusively for you, when we order something we do not generally keep in store solely for you. Any extra cost incurred will be at the customer's expense. These items are required to be paid in full before they are ordered. Some special orders are non-refundable. (Special orders differ from regular orders)

 

What if we don't Carry it?:

We will always be happy to try and source out what you are looking for. Please come and see us with any questions/requests!

 

Do we Offer any Warranties?:


Some of our brands have specific manufacturer's warranties. Please call us or come see us in store for any concerns. In some cases wee may have to refer you to the specific manufacturers to complete the warranty claim.

 

Do we Have More Pieces in Store not Showing Online?:


Yes we do!! Due to the high volume of our inventory and a quick turnover we can only put a selection online. However if you see something in store or on our social media that you want to purchase but cannot find online, give us a call!! we will be happy to help.

 

If an Item is Sold Out or I can't Find it Online will it Come Back in Stock?:


If an item is marked sold out or you can no longer find it on the website please contact us. Certain items we reorder regularly and some will not be reordered due to different reasons. We like to do small batch orders to keep the store fresh, unique and ever changing for a one of a kind experience.

 

Are we Affiliated with the Ambiente in South Surrey?:


Although we share a history, we are no longer affiliated. The two stores are now separately owned and we operate as two separate entities. As such, any gift cards/store credits can only be used in the store it was issued. Additionally we can only take returns/exchanges for merchandise purchased at our store. Furthermore we do not observe the same sales or promotions.
